Family Counselling

Family counselling is for families experiencing conflicts within the members. People with conflicts between multiple generations or with new family members can also seek family therapy. Family counselling can also help improve cooperation between parents. Many people come in for family therapy services to seek advice about day-to-day problems, conflicts or crises in the family.

At HMT, during a family therapy session, the therapist may talk to the family as a group, individuals, or a combination of the two in order to develop a strategic treatment plan as understanding the root of conflict opens up the issues they are facing.
