Grief Counselling

Grief counselling is a form of therapy that helps individuals cope with loss. It helps individuals with different types of grief that involves death of a loved one like a partner, family member, friend, colleague, or pet. With such loss individuals face feelings from great sadness to anger. Individuals may feel a range of emotions which affect your day-to-day activities, relationships and work and are not able to deal with them in a healthy way.
