Menopause can be emotionally challenging for some women. It can sometimes lead to an increase in body hair, weight gain, and wrinkling, any of which can lead to body image issues. Many women are not open to talk about menopause symptoms with their friends or family due to embarrassment or shame. That’s where we come in, we at HMT help women deal with menopause in a healthier way by providing them with a safe and non-judgemental evironment.
